Junior Accountant

Role Overview

The Junior Accountant will assist in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting daily

accounting operations and ensuring smooth financial reporting. This role provides an

excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience while working closely with senior finance

professionals.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes.

Record and reconcile daily financial transactions.

Support preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Assist with bank reconciliations and expense tracking.

Maintain organized and up-to-date accounting records.

Support compliance with tax regulations and audits.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data.

Provide general administrative support to the finance team.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in accounting.

0–2 years of accounting or finance experience.

Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.

Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets; familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks,

Zoho Books or Tally) is a plus.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Good organizational and time management skills.

Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.

Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
