Job description

Title : Relationship Manager

Location : Bhubaneswar

Experience : 2+ yrs

Salary : 21k + (Based on Experience)

Probation Period : 6 Months

Incentives : Performance-based

Key Responsibilities :

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into sales
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Provide excellent customer support and ensure client satisfaction
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery
  • Maintain reports and update CRM systems with client interactions

Skills Required :

  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to build trust and long-term client relationships
  • Negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated approach
  • Good knowledge of financial products / marketing strategies
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools such as Zoho CRM, LeadSquared, FreshSales etc.
  • Team player with problem-solving ability
  • Good knowledge of financial products such as Mutual funds, Portfolio Management, Insurance, NPS etc.
