At Lam, as a Buyer, you play a pivotal role in our procurement process. We are seeking an experienced and proactive Indirect Procurement Buyer Lead to manage sourcing activities and lead procurement strategy across key indirect categories. This role will focus on high-value and complex procurement related to Construction, Facility Management, Turnkey Projects, and Gas & Chemicals. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong negotiation, contract management, and supplier relationship capabilities, with a proven ability to drive cost optimization and ensure alignment with business objectives.

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end procurement process across assigned indirect categories, including RFx, evaluation, negotiation, and contracting
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for construction services, facility management, gas & chemical supplies, and turnkey infrastructure projects
• Negotiate commercial terms, SLAs, and pricing with suppliers while ensuring alignment with company goals and compliance standards
• Draft, review, and manage procurement contracts including MSAs, SOWs, and framework agreements
• Drive cost savings, quality improvements, and delivery performance through effective supplier management
• Collaborate with key stakeholders including project teams, legal, EHS, finance, and operations to understand requirements and deliver value
• Monitor supplier performance and conduct regular business reviews to ensure consistent service delivery
• Identify and mitigate supply risks and drive continuous improvement initiatives across procurement activities
• Maintain accurate documentation and procurement records in line with audit and compliance requirements
• Support the implementation of global procurement policies and tools at a regional / local level

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. 'On-site Flex' you'll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer / supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. 'Virtual Flex' you'll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer / supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
