Senior Member of technical staff – Search & AI Systems

We’re looking for a hands-on Systems Architect who can design and build the core engines powering AI agents, natural language relational search, large-scale indexing, ranking, and real-time data exploration.

What you’ll own

• Architect and lead major systems powering AI-driven search and agentic workflows.
• Drive end-to-end design, coding, testing, deployment, and performance improvements.
• Build and mentor a high-caliber engineering team with a strong execution mindset.
• Work closely with product, design, and ML teams to deliver intelligent, reliable systems at scale.
