THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a Head – Finance to define and lead the financial governance and investment strategy for Vedanta Spark’s innovation and startup initiatives. This role will :

• Define and enforce financial frameworks for venture clienting, CVC, acquisitions, and venture studio models.
• Oversee budgeting and fund allocation, ensuring optimal capital deployment aligned with business goals.
• Lead due diligence, valuation, and risk-return assessments for investments and acquisitions.
• Build systems to monitor ROI and portfolio health, enabling data-driven financial planning.
• Participate in evaluation panels and support final decisions on startup investments.
