Job Description – Customer Support Executive (Domestic Bank) Position

🎯 Role & Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
  • Assist customers with banking services such as account details, transactions, and product information.
  • Resolve issues politely and professionally.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication.

✅ Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum qualification : 12th Pass or Graduate .
  • Good communication skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge preferred.
  • Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
  • 📅 Work Schedule

  • 6 days working
  • 1 rotational week off

  • English with Telugu
