The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels to drive business growth and brand visibility. Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage and optimize SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing campaigns to enhance reach and engagement.
- Oversee branding, content creation, PR, and corporate communications initiatives to maintain a consistent brand identity.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer insights, and competitive opportunities.
- Manage marketing budgets , track ROI, and optimize campaign performance for maximum impact.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and design teams to ensure cohesive marketing execution.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics , preparing detailed reports and insights for management.
- Lead and mentor a marketing team, fostering creativity, innovation, and performance excellence.
- Plan and execute events, trade shows, and promotional activities to enhance brand presence.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and customer touchpoints.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or MBA from a top institution.2–7 years of marketing experience , including 2–3 years in a managerial role .Proven expertise in digital marketing, brand management, and campaign execution .Strong understanding of analytics, market research, and reporting tools .Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, CRM platforms, HubSpot, and SEM tools .
