Role Overview :
We are looking for a strategic and hands-on professional to drive high-impact internal & social media engagement campaigns and / or external communication campaigns on digital. This role blends program management, creative briefing, and cross-functional coordination , with content creation as a valuable plus. The ideal candidate will bring fresh ideas in branding communications, collaborate with internal teams and vendors, and ensure measurable engagement outcomes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Partner with team leaders and stakeholders (L&D, TA, IT, Finance, CEO’s Office, DEI, HR, etc.) to understand objectives and translate them into engaging campaign ideas.
- Brief internal designers and copywriters effectively, ensuring campaigns align with objectives and brand tone.
- Plan, execute, and manage global (internal and external + digital focused) brand campaigns end-to-end, including timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder updates.
- Generate innovative ideas in branding communications to increase participation, engagement, and overall impact.
- Track and analyze campaign performance across multiple touchpoints (open rates, engagement metrics, feedback) and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Create and update visual presentations and campaign materials using Canva and PowerPoint .
- Content creation (copywriting, visuals, short-form assets) is a plus but not the core focus.
- Ensure follow-ups, approvals, and alignment across multiple teams and geographies.
Key Skills & Competencies :
Proven experience in driving internal & social media engagement campaigns and / or external communication campaigns on digital .Experience collaborating with internal teams and other cross-functional stakeholders.Strong program management and organizational skills ; able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.Ability to translate team needs into actionable creative ideas and campaigns.Analytical mindset to track performance, evaluate impact, and suggest improvements.Proficiency in Canva and PowerPoint for campaign materials and presentations.Excellent follow-up, alignment, and collaboration skills for managing global programs remotely.Content creation skills (copywriting, visuals) are a plus.Qualifications :
7 – 9 years of experience in employee branding, social media communications, internal communications, or program management.Track record of delivering campaigns that drive measurable engagement and impact.Why This Role Matters :
