Responsibilities :
- Proactively generate leads, nurture prospects, and close property sales through on-site visits, calls, and digital channels.
- Conduct site visits, explain project USPs, pricing, and documentation in a compelling manner.
- Develop deep product knowledge of all ongoing and upcoming Trivara projects.
- Handle customer queries, follow-up consistently, and convert interest into bookings.
- Maintain CRM entries, manage daily sales reporting, and support post-sales processes.
- Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and feedback to the leadership team.
- Take full ownership of your monthly and quarterly targets with accountability
Must-Have Qualifications :
2+ years of real estate sales or high-involvement product sales experience.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Strong persuasion power and understanding of buyer psychology.Experience in managing end-to-end property sales.Optional but Impressive :
Prior experience in real estate or construction sales.Fluency in Odia, English, and Hindi.Knowledge of Bhubaneswar–Puri–Cuttack micro-markets.MBA in Marketing / Sales or Real Estate Certification.Compensation :
Fixed salary + Performance based incentives.
