About the Role

We are hiring a talented Script Writer to create clear, engaging, and research-based scripts for academic and educational videos. The ideal candidate can simplify complex topics and craft scripts that support visual learning.

Key Responsibilities

Write accurate, easy-to-understand scripts for academic explainer videos.

Research topics from multiple fields such as science, management, humanities, medical sciences, and technology.

Convert academic content into student-friendly scripts with strong storytelling elements.

Collaborate with subject experts, editors, and video creators to finalize script flow.

Ensure all scripts follow academic writing standards, correct referencing, and zero plagiarism.

Edit, proofread, and revise scripts based on feedback.

Deliver high-quality content within deadlines.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Education, or related field.

1–3 years of experience in academic writing, script writing, or educational content creation.

Excellent English writing, grammar, and research skills.

Ability to simplify complex academic concepts for video format.

Basic understanding of script format and video structure.

Strong attention to detail and time management.

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

Experience writing for YouTube, EdTech platforms, or e-learning videos.

Familiarity with ChatGPT / AI tools, Notion, Google Docs, etc.

Knowledge of citations, plagiarism guidelines, and academic formatting.

Ability to create creative hooks and storytelling elements for educational videos.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Hindi / Literature / Linguistics / Journalism or related field. 0–2 years of experience (freshers with strong Hindi skills can apply). Strong Hindi language skills (mandatory) with the ability to refine academic writing. Good English proficiency (reading, writing, editing). Knowledge of plagiarism tools (Turnitin, Drillbit, etc.) is an added advantage. Detail-oriented with strong time-management skills.
