The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading engineering strategy, driving technical excellence, ensuring high-quality delivery, and building strong client and stakeholder relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & StrategyDefine and execute the engineering vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with organizational goals.Drive adoption of modern engineering practices, DevOps culture, and automation-first mindset.Oversee multiple engineering teams across product development and service delivery.Technical ExcellenceProvide thought leadership in architecture, programming, and scalable system design.Ensure engineering best practices, coding standards, and quality assurance across all teams.Lead initiatives in cloud, DevOps, CI / CD, and emerging technologies.Delivery & ExecutionEnsure successful on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery of products and services.Establish metrics-driven engineering governance, performance tracking, and process optimization.Manage complex projects, balancing competing priorities and dependencies.Client & Stakeholder ManagementAct as a trusted technology partner to clients, ensuring business alignment and satisfaction.Manage executive-level communication with clients, partners, and stakeholders.Contribute to pre-sales, solutioning, and client relationship expansion.Team Management & DevelopmentLead and mentor engineering managers, architects, and senior engineers.Build a high-performance culture focused on collaboration, innovation, and accountability.Attract, develop, and retain top engineering talent.Qualifications & Skills20+ years of experience in software engineering, programming, and DevOps practices .Proven leadership in both product-based and services-based industries .Strong experience in client management, stakeholder communication, and delivery ownership .Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills.Deep understanding of cloud platforms, modern architectures, and automation frameworks .Track record of managing large, distributed, and cross-functional teams .Ability to operate at both strategic and hands-on technical levels.Preferred AttributesExperience in scaling engineering organizations globally.Exposure to modern data engineering, AI / ML, or platform engineering.Strong business acumen with the ability to align technology strategy to business outcomes.
