Job descriptionProduct / Process innovation and optimisation Building complete product portfolio from zero by identifying and prioritizing the relevant area and business Collaborating with HR in team building Collaborating with technical services and strategy team in prioritizing product portfolio in sequential manner Process enhancement to improve operations Benchmarking and cost optimization Market Research and insights in coordination with technical services Conceptualisation of new products Team building and interpersonal development of subordinates Transfer new technologies, products, and manufacturing process into the company Manage customer relationships and perform, Customer Visits, and Product Testing Coordinate with Operations for various deliverables like process enhancement, SOP, process upscaling Develop research program incorporating current developments to improve existing products and study the potential of new products Market connects Customer centric approach to deliverables Monitor team metrics and objectives ensuring meeting of goals Leads and motivates direct reports to achieve personal development
Job Purpose
- Lead Hot melt adhesive product portfolio relevant to fields like HMPSA, Edge Banding, Carton Closing, PET Labelling, Medical tapes, Headlamp assembly, Non-woven Hygiene products etc.
- Jointly work with operations in setting up processing facility to make it future ready.
- Bringing the latest advancements and techniques to execution in cost effective manner.
- Role in development of new product area as per business requirements
- Develop concepts, products, and solutions by working with company business units
- Identify and contribute to build technical service in coordination with HR team.
- Adhere to existing ISO systems and bring new systems for process improvement
