Job Description

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in testing all phases of QA for Salesforce implementation projects
• Strong understanding of QA processes, methodologies, and industry best practices
• Expertise in designing and implementing test plans and test cases
• Ability to create detailed, organized, and comprehensive test case libraries based on business requirements
• Experience in reporting, analysing, and tracking defects using JIRA
• Proficient in writing and executing test cases with test management tools like Zephyr Scale in JIRA
• Collaborative team player who works closely with developers and the product team to resolve issues
• Actively participates in team standups, planning sessions, and other meetings
• Familiarity with Agile / Scrum development methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
