Talent Acquisition management
a. Manage the entire recruitment team assigned to perform end to end recruiting tasks from assigning job orders, submissions, interviews, onboarding, followup and placement.
b. Train and counsel recruiters on sourcing techniques, recruitment strategy, process administration.
c. Making sure the target assigned on staffing and hiring is met
d. Customer interaction in submitting resumes, coordinating interview and closing hires.
e. Handling MSP accounts and other house accounts assigned to perform account support and management activities.
f. Working to ramp up and down the team depending the staffing needs.
g. Making sure the recruiters meet the target assigned to them and utilizing the recruiters effectively to get 100% output.
h. Making sure V2Soft process on recruiting is followed and recruiting checklist is strictly adhered to by recruiters.
i. Working with subvendors and contractors and handling the vendor management program.
j. Working with the proposal team in providing rate card, resumes and other recruiting information for the proposal submission.
k. Making sure all the referral candidates, candidates coming out of projects, hot candidates are managed and used by the team efficiently.
Targets and Reports
a. Responsible to achieve the targets given for sales and talent acquisition team
b. Responsible to make sure periodic updates are provided to CEO.
