(Immediate Start) Warehouse Executive

Job Purpose

Ensure stock items held meet the requirements and specifications to meet production demand.

Key Accountabilities

• Check opening Stocks as per Reports on daily basis specially running items in SAP
• Checked and verifying the vendors documents and Process documents for accounting purpose bills / Good Receipt PO of incoming material
• Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate record-keeping of all stock movements
• Verify all the last day activity (In / Out) & rectify the error if any.
• To ensure accurate accountability of all transactions to and from the Warehouse.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization within the warehouse operations
• Responsible for the Checking and verification of documents -Quality security of the Warehouse area and all stock at plant held
• Improving OEE, 5 S activities, Process Improvements Work Study, Responsible for production timing
• Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to shipments, inventory, or warehouse equipment along with SAP knowledge
• Supervise and warehouse staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability
• Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to facilitate timely receipt and dispatch of materials
