Performance Marketer

Lascade  is a fast-growing mobile app studio building a diverse portfolio of subscription-based apps across health, travel, utilities, and education. We’re looking for a  Performance Marketing Specialist  to drive user acquisition and growth through data-driven strategies and bold, creative advertising.

What You'll Do :

Run and scale paid campaigns on  Meta (Facebook / Instagram) ,  Google Ads (UAC, Search, Display) ,  TikTok Ads , and more.

Work with the product and creative teams to develop  high-performing ad creatives —both static and video.

Own performance dashboards and reporting (GA, Firebase, AppsFlyer, MMPs).

Optimize campaigns based on KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, retention, and LTV.

Conduct A / B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and funnel experiences.

Stay updated on platform algorithms, targeting hacks, and performance benchmarks.

What We're Looking For :

Solid experience running  ROI-driven paid campaigns  in the mobile app space.

Familiarity with tools like  Firebase, Google Analytics and MMPs

A strong creative mindset with knowledge of what makes thumb-stopping ad content.

Ability to analyze and interpret campaign data quickly and effectively.

Self-driven, analytical, and results-oriented mindset.
