Role Overview :

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end hiring for various departments and roles within the organization. The person will use multiple ATS tools, leverage personal networks, and apply creative strategies to find and attract the right talent as per organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities :

Handle recruitment across departments, from screening to onboarding.

Utilize multiple ATS tools like Naukri and LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms to source candidates.

Build and maintain a strong talent network to meet current and future hiring needs.

Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring requirements and priorities.

Develop and implement strategies to attract top talent effectively.

Skills & Competencies :

Strong networking, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Proactive and strategic thinker with creative problem-solving ability.

Familiarity with ATS tools and modern recruitment methods.

Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple roles simultaneously.
