We are seeking a Management Trainee - Business Strategy to join our Strategy & Revenue team.

This pivotal role works directly with o C-level executive leadership and is designed for a top-tier MBA graduate with a knack for analytics, communication and finance background. You will become an expert at connecting the dots between our teams

  • Business Operations : Analyzing performance and streamlining workflows.
  • Strategy and Revenue : Analyzing marketing and growth campaigns, using data to measure ROI, optimize spending, and drive profitable audience growth.
  • Technology : Bridging technical capabilities with business goals. Your work will be highly visible, with regular communication with C-level executives. We're looking for someone who thrives on a challenge and can articulate complex ideas with ease.

Qualifications / Requirements :

  • Recent graduate from top tier MBA college.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Outstanding communication skills—both written and verbal—to effectively collaborate with technical, business and strategy teams and present to C-level executives.
  • A high degree of proactiveness and self-motivation, with a strong sense of ownership.
  • An interest in positioning oneself in the media and OTT landscape.

    • Unique Insight : This role provides a direct lineage to understanding how a C-level executive thinks and will offer a deep dive into how AI can be adopted to enhance execution and drive data-driven decision-making.
