Job descriptionBachelor's degree in a relevant field. Prior experience in Equities or Stock Loan Middle Office / Operations preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Ability to manage high-volume workloads and prioritize effectively. Flexibility with working hours to support US shift requirements. Fast learner with a proactive approach to change management. Strong understanding of escalation procedures and risk management. Capable of working independently and under pressure. Demonstrates accountability and a drive to exceed expectations. Willingness to challenge existing processes and contribute to continuous improvement.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities :
- Act as primary operations support for the Stock Loan Business Unit.
- Execute trade amendments, bookings, and exception management for NY-based Stock Loan trades.
- Collaborate with internal teams throughout the trade lifecycle, ensuring accurate processing and risk awareness.
- Reconcile positions and perform trade lifecycle amendments to reduce operational risk.
- Maintain robust control frameworks and adhere to escalation protocols.
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure risk is effectively managed across key coverage markets.
