Urgently Hiring : Creative Marketing Executive / Designer (E-Commerce)

Location : Remote

Employment Type : Full-Time

Experience Level : 0-3 Years

Salary : ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Core Responsibilities :

Creative & Design-Driven Marketing

  • Work with Canva / Photoshop / AI tools to design banners, ad creatives, and product visuals.
  • Collaborate with the content team for storytelling, A+ content, and engaging product descriptions.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints (Amazon, Meta, Shopify).

Digital Marketing & Advertising

  • Plan and manage Meta (Facebook / Instagram) Ads for product launches & promotions.
  • Monitor performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROI) and optimize campaigns for conversions.
  • Explore creative ad formats like reels, carousel ads, and lifestyle creatives.

    • SEO & Listing Optimization

  • Create SEO-rich Amazon / Flipkart / Shopify listings (titles, bullet points, descriptions).
  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis for better ranking.
  • Ensure listings are visually appealing and conversion-friendly.

    • Performance Tracking & Analytics

  • Use Google Sheets / Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Filters, Conditional Formatting) to track ad spend, sales, and ROI.
  • Prepare creative + performance reports to evaluate growth metrics.
  • Share actionable insights with management based on campaign results.

    • Qualifications & Skills

  • Graduate (any stream, marketing / commerce preferred).
  • 1+ year of experience in e-commerce marketing / digital marketing .
  • Strong knowledge of :
  • Meta Ads Manager (Facebook / Instagram)
  • Amazon Seller Central & Listing SEO
  • Shopify Marketing Tools
  • Canva / Photoshop / AI design tools
  • Google Sheets / Excel (advanced formulas, dashboards)
  • Strong design sense + analytical mindset .
  • Ability to work independently & take ownership of KPIs.
