You will build and maintain the robust, scalable infrastructure that makes this possible, ensuring our platform is reliable enough to be trusted with critical business decisions. This is a role for SREs who want to automate everything and create a high-performance environment where engineers can ship with confidence.

Key Responsibilities

• CRITICAL - USA Hours On-Call Support : Provide primary on-call support during North American business hours (9 AM - 6 PM PST / EST). This is a core requirement - you will be working night shifts from India to ensure real-time incident response for our US operations. You will respond to incidents with a focus on blameless postmortems and drive engineering work to prevent future incidents from occurring.
• Build and Maintain Infrastructure : Design, build, and maintain our core cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles to ensure it is scalable, secure, and resilient.
• Implement Site Reliability : Apply SRE best practices across the engineering team. You will help define SLOs / SLIs, work within error budgets, and promote a culture of reliability.
• Automate Everything : Develop and manage our CI / CD pipelines to automate the building, testing, and deployment of our applications, enabling rapid and safe releases.
• Build Observability : Implement and manage monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to provide deep insights into system health and to proactively identify and resolve issues.
