Job Title : Customer Success & WordPress Support – Junior Role
Location : Remote (India)
Experience : 1-2 years maximum
This is an entry-level position suitable only for candidates with 1–2 years of experience maximum. Mid-senior profiles will not be considered.
Training will be provided , and the role is ideal for someone early in their career.
Work Hours : Monday to Friday, 6 : 00 AM – 3 : 00 PM IST
Occasional Weekend Hours : Rare, only if needed
Salary : ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience)
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and professional Customer Support Executive to manage client relationships, support customer success, and assist with minor updates on WordPress websites.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with customers, managing multiple accounts, and is comfortable making simple website changes using WordPress page builders.
You will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met, resolving queries, coordinating internal tasks, and helping maintain websites where required.
Excellent English communication (spoken & written) is essential, as you will work closely with Australian-based clients.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship & Account Management
- Manage communication with assigned client accounts
- Understand client needs, priorities, and expectations
- Ensure timely responses and professional communication
- Coordinate internal team efforts to resolve requests
- Track open tasks, follow-ups, and support tickets
- Maintain strong long-term client relationships
Customer Service Operations
Respond to customer queries via support portalTroubleshoot basic issues and escalate complex itemsMaintain ticket quality, tone, and timely resolutionsDocument client requests and ensure smooth workflowsWordPress Updates
Make minor website edits using WordPress buildersUpdate text, images, banners, and pagesPublish blogs, update menus, upload mediaPerform basic site maintenance tasks as required(No advanced coding needed, but WordPress familiarity is required)Quality Assurance & Coordination
Support simple website / app testing when neededVerify issues before assigning to tech teamEnsure client changes are completed as expectedRequired Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any field (IT or Business preferred)Excellent English communication — verbal & writtenStrong client-handling & interpersonal skillsBasic understanding of WordPress (Elementor / Divi preferred)Ability to multitask across multiple projects / accountsOrganised, reliable, and detail-orientedProblem-solving mindset and willingness to learnPreferred Skills (Not Mandatory)
