YouTube Content & Strategy Lead

We are looking for a full-stack YouTube professional who can handle ideation, scripting, editing, titles / thumbnails, and complete channel growth strategy.

You must understand how to create high-retention content and manage a YouTube channel end-to-end.

3+ years experience in YouTube (strategy + scripting + editing knowledge)

High knowledge of YouTube algorithm & human psychology

High knowledge in AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, etc.)

Excellent English communication

On-site job in Hyderabad — NO Work From Home

Salary : ₹30,000 – ₹40,000

1-year agreement mandatory

🎯 Role Overview :

You will manage the full YouTube workflow :

ideation → research → scripting → editing → metadata → SEO → analytics → growth strategy.

⭐ Key Responsibilities :

Generate high-performing video ideas

Write engaging and structured scripts

Light to mid-level editing skills

Develop strong title & thumbnail concepts

Optimize metadata, tags, descriptions

Analyze CTR, retention, impressions & improve

Apply audience psychology for better performance

Ensure consistency & long-term channel growth

🔥 Required Skills :

3+ years of YouTube experience (international experience is a plus)

Strong in ideation + scripting

Good editing knowledge (timeline, pacing, structure)

Deep understanding of YouTube algorithm

Strong knowledge of viewer psychology

High knowledge in AI tools

Excellent English communication

📍 Work Location

Hyderabad (On-site only — NO WFH)

💰 Salary :

₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on skill)
