Job Description – Call Center Team Lead (Raipur)
Full-time, on-site role based in Raipur.
Minimum 7 years of experience managing call center operations.
Responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, supervising staff, and ensuring timely resolution of citizen queries.
Strong focus on service delivery improvement, process optimization, and performance reporting.
Must have B.Tech and MBA qualifications.
Prince2 or PMP certification preferred.
Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills required.
Preferred Experience
Hands-on experience in government procurement processes.
Prior work with government clients, preferably in Hindi-speaking states.
Proven ability to coordinate with government stakeholders and manage public-sector service requirements.
Experience in analyzing call center data and implementing service delivery enhancements.
