Key Responsibilities :
Full Stack Application Development :
- Design, develop, and maintain modern full stack applications that meet functional,
technical, and quality requirements.
Lead solution design sessions with peers, ensuring architecture is scalable, secure,and fit for purpose.
Write clean, testable, and well-documented code across both front-end and back-end components.
Technical Leadership and Mentoring :
Provide guidance and support to junior and mid-level developers throughmentoring, code reviews, and pair programming.
Uphold and promote engineering best practices, contributing to consistent codingstandards, reusable components, and maintainable codebases.
Support technical onboarding of new engineers and actively contribute to internallearning initiatives.
Agile Delivery and Team Collaboration :
Work closely with Scrum Masters, Product Managers, UX Designers, and QAEngineers as part of cross-functional Agile teams.
Lead or contribute to Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives,and backlog grooming.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure shared understanding of requirements,scope, and delivery goals.
Testing, Quality Assurance, and CI / CD :
Design and implement unit, integration, and system tests to validate applicationbehaviour and edge cases.
Contribute to automated testing strategies and CI / CD pipeline design incollaboration with platform engineers.
Participate in troubleshooting and resolution of complex bugs and productionissues.
DevOps and Operational Support :
Support environment readiness, deployment workflows, and build health acrosstest and production environments.
Implement telemetry, logging, and performance monitoring to support observabilityand support handover.
Identify and resolve technical debt, security vulnerabilities, and reliability risks.Practice Development and Continuous Improvement :
Contribute to company's software engineering standards, reusable assets, anddevelopment playbooks.
Stay current with industry trends, emerging frameworks, and developmenttechniques.
Identify opportunities to improve delivery velocity, team capability, and engineeringmaturity.
Qualifications and Experience
Technical Skills :
Strong proficiency in both front-end and back-end development frameworks, tools,and technologies.
Advanced understanding of version control, API design, system integration, andCI / CD practices.
Familiarity with security best practices, performance optimization, and applicationmonitoring.
Experience :
4–7 years of professional software development experience, with increasingresponsibility and scope.
Proven experience working in Agile teams, contributing to high-quality releases andscalable solutions.
Track record of mentoring others and supporting development practices acrossteams.
Soft Skills :
Effective communicator with strong collaboration and problem-solving skills.Proactive mindset, able to work independently and take ownership of outcomes.Committed to quality, team growth, and continuous learning.
