Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for an Engineering Manager – Full Stack. The Engineering Manager will lead and manage a team of engineers, oversee the end-to-end development and deployment of full stack applications, and ensure the team adheres to best practices and coding standards. Responsibilities also include collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions, fostering an innovative and productive work environment, and mentoring team members to reach their full potential.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Full Stack Development, including both front-end and back-end technologies such as JavaScript, React, , and databases
• Experience in leading and managing engineering teams, including setting goals, performance evaluations, and team development
• Strong understanding of software development best practices, coding standards, and agile methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to address complex technical challenges
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Prior experience in the real estate or tech industry is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
