Technical Content Engineer

Key Responsibilities :

• Research and understand complex technical concepts, products, and processes to produce accurate, well-structured, and easily digestible content.
• Develop and write user manuals, technical guides, FAQs, and other instructional materials.
• Create engaging blog posts, articles, sales enablement collateral, and case studies, tailoring the narrative to distinct audience segments.
• Translate highly technical jargon into clear, concise, and grammatically impeccable language that simplifies difficult concepts.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to gather technical information and ensure technical accuracy.
• Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, consistency, and strict adherence to brand voice and style guidelines.
• Develop and write high-converting landing page copy specifically designed to capture leads or drive product sign-ups.
• Provide essential content support for product launches and GTM initiatives , ensuring consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
• Content Scaling (1=0 & 1=n) :
• Implement 1=0 (single-source) content strategies to efficiently manage core technical descriptions, ensuring consistency across all assets.
• Employ 1=n (many-output) content strategies by repurposing foundational content (e.g., a technical guide) into multiple formats like blog posts, social media threads, and email snippets to maximize reach and efficiency.
• Support MarTech initiatives (e.g., implementing marketing automation sequences, updating content in CRM tools) to improve content delivery workflows.
• Support Event marketing : Collaborate with event, sales, and product teams to ensure all event-related content aligns with GTM goals and drives engagement, lead capture, and brand visibility.
• Strategically use AI / LLM models (like ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) for content ideation, drafting support, summarization, repurposing, and efficiency gains, while maintaining 100% factual accuracy and brand voice.
• Optimize content for SEO where applicable, ensuring higher visibility and audience reach.
• Monitor and analyze content performance metrics (traffic, engagement, conversion rates) to inform future strategy.
• Develop and implement content strategies aligned with overarching business and marketing goals (e.g., lead generation, brand authority).
• Execute content publishing across multiple platforms (WordPress, LinkedIn, social media) including scheduling, formatting, and platform-specific optimization.
• Stay updated on industry developments, emerging technologies, and best practices in technical communication.
