Job description4+ years of proven experience in backend or full-stack web development. Strong proficiency in Python or Ruby on Rails and solid understanding of C and JavaScript . Experience with databases such as MySQL , MongoDB , or other NoSQL systems. Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Node.js). Good understanding of web servers (e.g., Apache, Nginx). Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Attention to detail and a proactive attitude toward learning and innovation. Work on impactful projects in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment. Collaborative and growth-oriented work culture. About the Role :
We’re looking for a passionate Backend Developer who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, building scalable systems, and contributing to robust product development. You’ll collaborate with our product and frontend teams to deliver high-performance and efficient backend solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Work closely with development teams and product managers to design and implement software solutions.
- Develop and manage efficient databases and backend applications.
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs.
- Ensure high performance, responsiveness, and scalability of applications.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
- Implement security and data protection measures.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for backend systems.
