We are now looking for a hands-on and driven Associate Manager – Social Media to join our Central Social Media team and power the daily content engine across all four brands.
Role Overview
As Associate Manager – Social Media, you will be at the center of Zolo’s content and community
presence. You’ll manage day-to-day social media execution, coordinate across teams for campaigns and shoots, and ensure our brand voice and content stay relevant, engaging, and impactful. This is a high-ownership role that blends creativity, agility, and sharp execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive daily publishing and content management across Instagram, , YouTube, and
emerging platforms.
Manage content calendars, dashboards, and reporting to ensure smooth execution withoutbottlenecks.
Work with cross-functional teams (design, marketing, brand, demand) to ensure campaign andbrand alignment.
Track performance metrics (CTR, engagement, reach, saves) and optimize content accordingly.Stay plugged into trends, formats, and platform updates to keep Zolo brands top-of-mind.Coordinate shoots, manage vendor / agency outputs, and ensure content timelines are met.Own end-to-end execution of specific content campaigns, from ideation to publishing.What We’re Looking For
2–4 years of experience in social media management, content execution, or digital marketing.Prior background in digital marketing agencies, D2C brands, lifestyle, travel, or hospitalitypreferred.
Proficiency in tools like Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Canva, CapCut, InShot.Strong understanding of social KPIs and what drives performance.High accountability, speed, and ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.Excellent communication skills and knack for coordination without needing follow-ups.
