Job Title : QA Automation Engineer – D365 FinOps

Location : Bangalore (In-office)

Experience Level : 3–5 years

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled QA Automation Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Selenium , RSAT , and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 FinOps) . The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of functional business processes such as PTP (Procure-to-Pay) , OTC (Order-to-Cash) , RTR (Record-to-Report) , and CJL (Customs Journal Ledger) , and will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of ERP implementations through automation and functional testing.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform functional and automation testing for D365 FinOps (ERP) implementations.
• Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium and RSAT .
• Conduct end-to-end testing of business workflows across PTP , OTC , RTR , and CJL processes.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, developers, and business stakeholders to validate system functionality and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Identify, document, and track defects and ensure timely resolution.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes, test automation coverage, and regression testing efficiency.
• Provide insights and feedback to enhance ERP stability and business process accuracy.
