Head of Compliance

ResponsibilitiesBuild and lead the first-line compliance function covering product, technology and organisational processes.Oversee all compliance activities related to product features, technology workflows and internal operations.Coordinate and prepare for internal and external assessments, audits and reviews.Establish frameworks for timely, accurate and verified regulatory submissions.Present compliance updates, risks and status reports to management and executive committees.Drive digitisation and automation of compliance processes for efficiency and accuracy.Support AI governance initiatives and ensure responsible usage across teams.Oversee documentation standards, vendor compliance and outsourcing governance.Maintain strong alignment with legal, security, engineering and product teams.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration or related field.5+ years of compliance, legal or regulatory experience.Experience leading compliance for technology or digital products.Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and internal control structures.Strong analytical and communication skills.Leadership experience in cross functional environments.SkillsRegulatory ComplianceRisk ManagementPolicy DevelopmentInternal AuditingDocumentation and GovernanceCross Functional LeadershipProcess Automation AwarenessEthical Decision Making
