About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Data Engineer to join our team and support the design, development, and optimization of our data infrastructure. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable data pipelines, manage large datasets, and ensure the reliability and performance of our data systems. You will play a key part in enabling seamless data flows across the organization, supporting analytics, reporting, and decision-making processes. This position is ideal for candidates who are passionate about data, cloud technologies, and building robust, high-performing data solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Experienced in data pipeline orchestration tools such as Apache Airflow

Familiar with CI / CD and ML Ops frameworks and building end-to-end ML pipelines

Good understanding of various machine learning and deep learning techniques and algorithms

Hands on knowledge building data warehouse and data lake

Experience with distributed computing frameworks and technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, Kafka)..

Experience in Power BI - Developing Power BI reports, dashboards, and KPI scorecards using Power BI

Proficient in making DAX queries on Power BI desktop.- Connecting to data sources, importing data, and transforming data for Business Intelligence

Excellent analytical thinking for translating data into informative visuals and reports.

Hands-on experience in : Design stable, reliable and effective databases

Optimizing DB services

Performance tuning, DB service optimization

Building fault-tolerant cloud data services

Hands-on experience with handling large data sets / transactions and operations

Experience in handling Data Strategies, data life cycles in SAAS products

Query planning and optimization

Enforcing the appropriate security compliance in Customer environments as agreed with the client’s Information Security Council

Technical Skills Required

Familiarity with cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)

Hands on knowledge on Pyspark

Hands-on knowledge on SQL(MySQL), NoSQL(DynamoDB) and TSQL

Experience with SSAS (Multidimensional / tabular), SSRS, SSIS

Knowledge of GDPR, physical / logical / conceptual data segregation in multi-tenant applications

Eligibility Criteria

Bachelor's Degree in IT or Computers Engineering or equivalent degree in Computer Science.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in data engineering or related fields

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex technical issues

Preferred candidates : IIT graduates.
