Position Overview :
We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager (BDM) with extensive experience in US staffing and recruitment sales. The role demands a leader who can drive strategic client acquisition, executive-level relationship management, and business growth initiatives.
This is a high-impact role with responsibility for revenue generation, client portfolio expansion, and collaboration with recruitment delivery teams to ensure long-term client satisfaction.
Key Growth & Planning :
- Define and execute business development strategies to expand client portfolio across direct clients and MSP / VMS accounts.
- Develop sector-specific growth plans aligned with company objectives and market opportunities.
- Provide accurate revenue forecasts and market intelligence to leadership for informed decision-making.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management :
Identify and secure partnerships with enterprise clients and strategic accounts.Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and C-level executives.Lead negotiations on contracts, pricing, and service level agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.Collaboration & Delivery Oversight :
Partner with recruitment and operations teams to ensure client needs are met with high-quality talent solutions.Provide strategic direction to recruiters based on market trends and client hiring priorities.Act as the escalation point for key accounts, ensuring service excellence and client retention.Market Intelligence & Competitive Advantage :
Track industry trends, competitor activity, and evolving staffing needs in the US market.Identify new service offerings, sectors, or business models to enhance market positioning.Ideal Candidate Profile :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or related field (MBA preferred).5+ years of proven business development experience in the US staffing industry.Consistent track record of achieving / exceeding revenue and client acquisition targets.Strong understanding of US staffing ecosystem, MSP / VMS partnerships, and compliance frameworks.Established network of senior decision-makers within the staffing / recruitment ecosystem.Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.Proficiency in CRM tools and business reporting.Key Competencies :
