Job Description

We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our team in Noida, Sector 63 . The ideal candidate should have prior experience in recruiting for the Middle East or Gulf regions and a solid understanding of technical IT roles.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Recruitment : Source, screen, and place candidates for technical positions.
Client & Candidate Interaction : Work closely with hiring managers and guide candidates through the hiring process.
Market Knowledge : Stay updated on IT recruitment trends, especially in the Middle East / Gulf region.
Database Management : Maintain an active candidate pool for current and future openings.

Requirements

Experience : 6 months to 2 years in IT recruitment.

Regional Experience : Prior exposure to Middle East or Gulf recruitment.

Technical Understanding : Familiarity with technical roles (developers, engineers, etc.).

Skills : Strong communication, sourcing, and organizational skills.
