Job description
Key Responsibilities :
Handle customer queries through calls, emails, or chats as per process requirements
Maintain accurate documentation and update systems regularly
Ensure timely resolution of issues while adhering to quality standards
Coordinate with internal teams to address escalations or customer needs
Meet performance targets such as accuracy, productivity, and turnaround time
Follow company policies and standard operating procedures
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Minimum 6 months of experience in a Process Associate or related role
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer proficiency and typing skills
Ability to work in rotational shifts (if applicable)
Strong attention to detail and customer-oriented approach
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
