Skill- ServiceNow ITOM Developer

Exp- 5 Year to 14 Year

Key Responsibilities :

• Design & Implementation :
• Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of ServiceNow ITOM modules such as Discovery, CMDB, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Orchestration .
• Customize and configure patterns, probes, sensors, and discovery schedules.
• Integrate cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) with ServiceNow ITOM for enhanced visibility and automation
• Client Engagement & Solutioning :
• Conduct workshops to gather requirements and define ITOM architecture.
• Translate business needs into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Deliver Proof of Concept (PoC) and Proof of Value (PoV) engagements.
• Development & Integration :
• Perform hands-on development and configuration.
• Ensure seamless integration with other ServiceNow modules and third-party tools.
• Maintain deep knowledge of ServiceNow capabilities and constraints
• Testing & Deployment :
• Plan and coordinate testing phases.
• Lead test remediation cycles and ensure quality assurance.
• Mentorship & Leadership :
• Provide technical mentoring to junior developers.
• Act as a subject matter expert in executive briefings and marketing events.
