Student Recruitment Professional

About the Role

As a member of our team, you will play a key role in supporting the planning and delivery of student recruitment activities across India.

You will be responsible for delivering effective relationship management, handling enquiries, supporting the conversion journey, and contributing to our wider global strategy by representing us professionally and proactively across the region.

• Organising and representing us at student recruitment exhibitions and school / college visits across India;
• Responding to student and agent enquiries related to entry requirements, applications, and scholarships;
• Supporting the conversion process from enquiry through to enrolment;
• Ensuring a high-quality applicant experience;
• Assisting with application processing and ensuring accurate, timely communication with stakeholders;
• Conducting market research and data analysis to provide actionable insights supporting regional recruitment strategies;
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with agents, partner institutions, and key stakeholders in India;
• Liaising effectively with our wider teams involved in international recruitment;
• Coordinating and supporting inbound and outbound visits, delegations, and events;
• Undertaking other related duties as required to support the success of the team and our objectives.

About You

We are looking for a candidate who has :

Fluency in English language (both written and spoken).;
