Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Team Lead in Interior Design with a specialization in Hospitality Design. Located in South Delhi, the Team Lead will manage interior design projects specifically within hospitality design, guide and mentor team members, oversee project timelines, and ensure the delivery of high-quality design solutions. Key responsibilities include efficient project management, client communication, team collaboration, and the development of innovative and functional product designs tailored to the unique needs of each project.

• Project Management expertise to oversee project timelines and deliver on objectives.
• Strong Product Design capabilities, with a focus on innovative and functional design solutions.
• Excellent Communication skills for effective liaison with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
• Relevant experience in hospitality design preferred, with the ability to manage both creative and technical aspects of projects.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design or related fields.
• Proficiency in design software and tools, with a strong portfolio showcasing design skills and past projects.
