We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to drive data-informed decision-making and champion a data-driven culture across our organization. In this role, you will go beyond traditional analytics — transforming complex datasets into actionable insights that influence strategic decisions, optimize product performance, and enhance user experience.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, guiding them to leverage data effectively while enabling self-service analytics capabilities. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact and help shape the future of our data-driven organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze large, complex datasets to extract insights and support strategic decisions within the Product & Technology division.
• Develop and maintain advanced analytics models to improve product performance and user engagement.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into analytical solutions.
• Design and execute experiments (e.g., A / B testing) to validate hypotheses and measure product enhancements.
• Enable product teams to adopt self-service analytics for independent decision-making.
• Collaborate directly with product leaders and decision-makers to define KPIs and measure success.
• Work closely with engineers to ensure data accuracy, implement tracking solutions, and streamline data pipelines.
