Senior Full Stack Developer (Part time)

Job descriptionArchitect, develop, test, and deploy a complete e-commerce + rewards ecosystem (Backend + Admin + App) using MERN Stack and Flutter / React Native Develop Admin, Vendor, and User Panels with role-based access control Manage API integrations (payments, wallets, affiliate SDKs, game APIs, etc.) Own DevOps, CI / CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure (AWS / GCP) Ensure security, scalability, and modularity from Day 1 Collaborate with the founder on product architecture, sprints, and roadmap decisions Wallets & redemption systems Reward & affiliate engines (postback / S2S integrations with networks like CashKaro, GrabOn, etc.) Ad & gaming modules (banner / video / survey APIs) Notifications, analytics, and fraud detection layers Flutter (preferred) or React Native – cross-platform app (Android + iOS) Next.js / React.js – for Admin, Vendor, and Web Panels Deep understanding of responsive UI, modular components, and API integration Node.js (Express / NestJS) or Django / FastAPI (Python) RESTful & WebSocket APIs, with a strong understanding of microservices Integration with 3rd-party APIs (Affiliate, Ad SDKs, Payment, Game APIs, etc.) GraphQL (bonus) PostgreSQL / MySQL (core) MongoDB / Redis for caching and logs S3 / Cloud Storage for media AWS / GCP / Azure Docker / Kubernetes CI / CD : GitHub Actions / Jenkins Monitoring : Prometheus / Grafana / CloudWatch Experience in Reward Apps / Affiliate Platforms / Gaming / AdTech / FinTech Worked with multi-tenant vendor systems Knowledge of data pipelines and BI dashboards Familiarity with AI personalization (TensorFlow Lite / OpenAI APIs) Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for speed, clarity, and ownership Links to live projects (especially in e-commerce, reward, or affiliate domains) Describe your experience with affiliate, reward, or gamification-based systems Share your approach to system architecture and tech stack decisions Are you open to joining as a core founding member with a milestone-based structure? You’ll help build the backend architecture, frontend systems, mobile apps, and integrations — collaborating directly with the founder to bring this project from 0 → 1.
This is a Phase 1 milestone-based engagement that transitions into a full-time core founding role with equity for the right candidate.

✅ MERN Stack Expertise – 5+ years of hands-on experience with MongoDB, Express, React, and Node.js

✅ Reward / Affiliate Systems – Deep understanding of postback, cashback, or gamification integrations
✅ Cloud & DevOps – AWS / GCP setup, CI / CD pipeline management, containerization (Docker / Kubernetes)
✅ Security & Data Handling – Role-based access, JWT, encryption, fraud detection
✅ Mobile-first Development – Experience integrating Flutter or React Native apps
✅ Ownership Mindset – Strategic thinker with the ability to build fast, adapt fast, and ship clean
