The Opportunity

We are seeking a Team Lead – Telesales (Pharmacists) to manage, inspire, and grow a high-performing team of 60+ telesales executives. This is not just about managing operations, it’s about building a culture of performance, ownership, and customer-first thinking.

You will be the engine room leader, ensuring that targets are achieved, processes run smoothly, and every team member is motivated to deliver their best. Think of yourself as the captain of a fast-paced sales floor where strategy meets execution daily.

What You’ll Do

Team Leadership & Ownership

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 60+ telesales pharmacists.
• Be the go-to person for escalations, problem-solving, and on-floor decision-making.
• Create an environment where targets are smashed, not just met.
