We’re looking for a

Project Coordinator

who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves turning plans into results, and is eager to make a tangible impact on industries shaping India’s technological revolution.

Position :

Project Coordinator Your Mission

As a

Project Coordinator

at Pophen, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth and successful project execution.

You’ll be the bridge connecting

teams, vendors, and clients

— making sure every milestone is achieved with precision, efficiency, and purpose.

Key Responsibilities

Documentation Management :

Maintain organized project documentation — contracts, proposals, reports, and invoices — ensuring accuracy and version control.

Scheduling & Coordination :

Plan meetings, prepare minutes, and align tasks across internal teams and external vendors.

Progress Tracking :

Monitor timelines, deliverables, and key milestones to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.

Resource Management :

Support manpower, material, and equipment planning for optimal project performance.

Financial Oversight :

Assist in cost tracking, budgeting, and preparation of purchase orders, invoices, and financial reports.

Communication Hub :

Act as the central point of coordination between clients, consultants, and internal teams for seamless communication.

Risk & Issue Management :

Identify potential bottlenecks early and collaborate with the Project Manager to resolve them proactively.

What You Bring

Education :

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in

Mechanical Engineering

or related field.

Experience :

3–5 years of experience in

HVAC, MEP, or EPCM industrial projects

(Cleanroom experience is a plus).

Skills : Proficiency in

Microsoft Project

or similar tools, strong communication, multitasking, and organizational abilities.

Mindset :

Proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about contributing to India’s clean and high-tech future.
