- Lead a team of recruiters to meet hiring goals and objectives
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent

- Conduct interviews and make hiring decisions
- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations
- Provide training and mentorship to team members
- Analyze recruitment metrics and provide reports to management
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field4 to 5 years of experience in Healthcare sector in recruitmentProven track record of leading a team to successStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlinesKnowledge of employment laws and regulationsExperience with recruitment software and toolsCertification in HR or talent acquisition is a plus
