Senior Principal Engineer - System Design & Architecture

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly accomplished Senior Principal Engineer to lead the design, development, and delivery of large-scale, high-impact technology solutions.

This role is both hands-on and strategic, requiring deep technical expertise, strong leadership skills, and the ability to influence technology direction across the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

• Define and drive technology strategy and architecture for large, complex systems.
• Lead end-to-end solution design, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability.
• Provide technical leadership across engineering teams, mentoring senior engineers and architects.
• Collaborate with product management, business stakeholders, and leadership to align engineering with business goals.
• Evaluate and implement emerging technologies, ensuring the organization stays at the forefront of innovation.
• Establish engineering best practices, coding standards, and architectural frameworks.
• Lead proof of concepts, R&D initiatives, and critical projects with high visibility.
• Represent engineering in executive-level discussions and drive cross-functional alignment.
• Ensure secure, compliant, and high-quality software delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications : Bachelors / Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
