About the Role :

We are looking for a Co-founder to join our core team-someone ready to invest capital and commit deeply to scaling Tipsy Treats across India.

Your Role as Co-founder :

• Bring initial capital investment and long-term commitment
• Co-lead go-to-market, distribution and growth strategy
• Take ownership of sales, marketing, operations or supply chain based on your strengths & expertise.
• Collaborate on product innovation, flavour development and launch readiness
• Build and lead high-performance teams as we scale
• Shape the culture, values and long-term roadmap of the company
