Position : Senior Barista / Barista Location : The Brew Door Employment Type : Full-Time About The Brew Door The Brew Door is an upcoming premium specialty coffee space, built on elegance, craft, and refined café culture. We are in our founding stage, shaping everything from coffee experience to service identity. We’re looking for experienced baristas who are excited to build a brand from the beginning, contribute ideas, and grow with us. This is more than a service role — it is an opportunity to be a key part of creating a new café experience. Role Overview As a Barista at The Brew Door, you will prepare specialty coffee with precision and deliver warm, attentive hospitality. You will also play a meaningful role in establishing our service standards, beverage presentation, workflow systems, and brand ethos. Key Responsibilities Craft high-quality specialty coffee beverages with consistency and skill Execute brewing methods including espresso extraction, pour-overs, manual brews, etc. Contribute to developing café standards, beverage recipes, bar workflow, and guest service style Maintain a organised, clean, and professional coffee bar Calibrate equipment and ensure taste consistency Engage guests with warmth, confidence, and product knowledge Participate in inventory, daily stock checks, and opening / closing procedures Bring a collaborative mindset and willingness to grow with the brand What We’re Looking For 3-4 + years of specialty coffee experience (mandatory) Strong understanding of espresso, grind adjustment, and manual brewing A passion for refined hospitality and presentation Ability to work efficiently in a calm, polished service environment Someone who takes responsibility and enjoys problem-solving A mindset to build together, not just operate Preferred Skills Latte art proficiency Familiarity with cupping and sensory evaluation Experience with café opening setups or new store launches (a strong plus) What We Offer Opportunity to be part of building a premium coffee brand from the ground up A respectful, learning-focused, and collaborative work culture Training, development, and long-term growth potential Competitive compensation How to Apply Please send your resume and a brief introduction to : ( / 91 ) Or visit us to speak in person.
