This role is pivotal for developing and nurturing strong client relationships, driving business growth through effective sales strategies, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management :
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase business growth.
- Provide excellent customer service and promptly resolve client queries and issues.
- Business Development & Sales :
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base through effective sales strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business objectives and improve overall performance.
- Market Analysis :
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead.
- Build and maintain a strong understanding of the bank's products and services, including savings accounts, loans, and credit cards.
Job Requirements
Experience & Knowledge :Professional experience in the BFSI industry , preferably in retail banking.Strong knowledge of banking products and services .Experience working with small finance banks or similar institutions is a plus.Skills :Excellent communication and interpersonal skills .Strong analytical and problem-solving skills .Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.Skills Required
