Join Hoffice Global – Business Development Associate (Calicut)

We are hiring a Business Development Associate (BDA) to drive new business, build strong client relationships, and help shape the future of premium coworking in India.

The Role : Business Development Associate

As a BDA at Hoffice Global, you’ll be responsible for growing our customer base and ensuring every new member feels at home from day one. You’ll manage the entire sales cycle—from prospecting to onboarding—while representing Hoffice as the premium choice for professionals and companies in Calicut.

Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads through calls, networking, events, and digital outreach.
  • Conduct engaging tours of the centre, showcasing the Hoffice experience.
  • Build strong pipelines, follow up consistently, and convert prospects into members.
  • Collaborate with the Community & Customer Services teams to deliver seamless onboarding.
  • Identify upselling opportunities and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
  • Track performance metrics, report progress, and meet / exceed monthly targets.

About You

We’re looking for someone passionate about sales and customer success with the drive to achieve results.

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles (hospitality, coworking, real estate, or corporate services is a plus).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
  • Resilient, proactive, and target-driven.
  • Comfortable using CRM tools, MS Office, and digital outreach platforms.
