Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and track activities at site offices to ensure smooth operations.
- Follow up and coordinate with site employees to resolve issues promptly.
- Conduct tele-calling with customers to explain project details and address inquiries.
- Prepare, update, and compile daily reports for management review.
- Visit project sites daily to oversee progress and provide status updates.
- Assist in resolving on-site challenges and ensure adherence to timelines and standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or diploma in any discipline (preferred : Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields).Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination and customer interaction.Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and documentation.Ability to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines.Willingness to travel to multiple sites on a daily basis.Skills Required
