Job description

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and track activities at site offices to ensure smooth operations.
  • Follow up and coordinate with site employees to resolve issues promptly.
  • Conduct tele-calling with customers to explain project details and address inquiries.
  • Prepare, update, and compile daily reports for management review.
  • Visit project sites daily to oversee progress and provide status updates.
  • Assist in resolving on-site challenges and ensure adherence to timelines and standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in any discipline (preferred : Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination and customer interaction.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and documentation.
  • Ability to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel to multiple sites on a daily basis.
