Job Title -Client of Staff (Fintech)
Experience - 5 - 10 Years
Location - Indore
Notice - Immediate to 15 days
Requirement : -
- Work directly with the Chief Partnership Officer to plan execute and monitor key initiatives.
- Ability to handle any process from end to end track progress effectively stay aware of ongoing operations apply analytical skills and deliver the best possible solutions.
- Support in decision-making by providing insights data analysis and financial understanding of the broking business.
- Build and implement strong business processes to improve efficiency and scale.
- Identify opportunities for automation and technology adoption to simplify operations.
- Act as a bridge between teams ensuring alignment and smooth execution of partnership strategies. Track and review performance of partnership initiatives preparing MIS and reports.
- Bring energy discipline and speed in execution to achieve business goals.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS & Education :
